Originally called Colleton Computer Solutions, Think IT was formed in June 2000 having helped Thompson Jenner for many years with their IT needs, and being in demand from other businesses to do the same.
Since then, we’ve grown to provide IT support and technology services to hundreds of clients, both businesses and individuals, locally and further afield. We have clients in Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay, Paignton and Exmouth, as well as the rest of Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. The Georgian building, on Colleton Crescent, was built by Matthew Nosworthy with the foundation stone laid by Louisa Colleton in September 1802, and overlooks the quay with views out to Haldon Hill.

We have been designing, installing and supporting systems using the Microsoft technology stack since we started. We’re skilled in Microsoft Windows (desktop and server), Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Office, Azure and more.
We also provide most of our clients with communication, collaboration and productivity services using Microsoft 365 (which was Office 365).
Whilst we supply and support a wide range of client devices, for servers, centralised storage solutions and other core network equipment we recommend HP.
We manage a large number of HP servers for clients, and we find the value for money, reliability and warranty services to be excellent.

It is a complete unified communications (UC) solution based on the SIP standard, and can be deployed locally or cloud-hosted.
We’re a 3CX partner, and also have a partnership with one of only four 3CX Titanium Partners in the UK, so we have a huge depth of resource and experience available.
Though there’s a lot of choice for SMEs nowadays when it comes to accounting software, many people like what they like. The Sage accounting, payments and payroll solutions are easy to use and familiar, and they have a very good support model.
Sage is a British company with over 40 years’ experience in accounting software, and has a range of solutions for different purposes and business sizes.
